GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into as of January 1, 2024 by and between the parties listed herein.
TERM: This agreement shall commence on the date first written above and continue for a period of thirty-six (36) months, terminating on December 31, 2026.
RENEWAL: This agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least sixty (60) days prior to expiration.
COMPENSATION: Client agrees to pay Contractor $2,850.00 per month for services rendered, due on the 1st of each month.
INSURANCE: Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 and provide Certificate of Insurance naming Client as additional insured.
